Pre-order items are processed according to their estimated release dates, which are listed on the respective product pages. Please note that release dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a range of shipping options to accommodate different needs and budgets. Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the order date.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within seven to fourteen business days. This option is cost-effective but does not include real-time tracking in all regions.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within three to seven business days. This option includes full tracking and is recommended for time-sensitive orders.
- Express Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within one to three business days. This option includes priority handling, full tracking, and signature upon delivery.
Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, weather events, or carrier disruptions may affect actual delivery dates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, the dimensions of the package, and the destination. We do not mark up shipping fees beyond what carriers charge. Orders that meet a minimum threshold value may qualify for reduced or complimentary shipping. This threshold is displayed on our website and may change from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier‘s tracking portal. Please allow up to twenty-four hours for tracking information to appear after dispatch. If your tracking number does not show any updates after three business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or material composition. These restrictions will be noted on the respective product pages. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be shipped to the provided address due to such restrictions. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund.
We do not ship to post office boxes or military addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped across borders, customs authorities may require additional documentation or charge import duties, taxes, and handling fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over customs processes and cannot predict whether any such charges will apply.
Customs policies vary by destination. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information about potential fees before placing an order. In the event that a package is refused due to customs charges, or if it is abandoned or seized by customs, we are not obligated to issue a refund.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We carefully prepare all orders and entrust them to reputable carriers. However, delivery delays and losses can occasionally occur. We will assist you in locating your package and, where appropriate, filing a claim with the carrier.
- Delayed shipments: If your package has not arrived within ten business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with the carrier.
- Lost shipments: A shipment is considered lost if tracking has not shown movement for fifteen consecutive business days beyond the estimated delivery date. Once confirmed lost, we will either send a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a full refund.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we may split it into separate shipments. This occurs when items have different release dates or when combining them would exceed carrier size or weight limits. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless you request expedited handling for a specific portion of the order.
Address Errors
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order enters the packing stage.
Undeliverable Packages
If a carrier returns a package to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of the package, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs will be borne by the customer. If you choose not to have the package reshipped, we will issue a refund for the product cost only, excluding all shipping fees.
Insurance
All shipments are insured against loss or damage while in transit. This insurance is included in your shipping fee. Coverage terms vary by carrier, but typical limits are sufficient to cover the value of the products we sell.
